We want you to love your Pixlaa purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate:

Email support@pixlaa.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable service—keep your tracking number.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges

We currently don’t support direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@pixlaa.com.

We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, your choice.
5. Return Shipping

Use a reputable carrier and keep your tracking number. Pixlaa is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

For returns due to our error or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
